Anecdotal evidence suggests up to a quarter of all children will bite others at some stage, with most parents conceding that it’s one of the worst things your child could do in public. And, it can be just as alienating for you as for your child…

Social media guidance
At some point during your child’s development, they will come into contact with social media. Although most social media platforms have a legal age limit of 13+, young children can still be influenced by this method of communication. Attached is a guide to help with this challenge, you can download and print or save and view at your leisure. To keep up to date, the NSPCC has a great section on their website called 'Social media'. You type in the name of the social media platform you are interested in and it will tell you the legal age and details about their service.
